After holding a variety of roles within the corporate sector in industries such as travel, hospitality and telecommunications, Tracey was looking for a role where she could make a difference and achieve greater personal satisfaction. Since joining Beacon Foundation’s Facilitation Team in 2013, Tracey found an area where she could draw on her corporate knowledge to deliver career guidance, employability skills and assist young people with the transition from education to meaningful employment.
With her strong communication and relationship skills, in addition to her passion for empowering young people, a transition to a dual Facilitator and Business Engagement Manager role soon followed. Currently responsible for the implementation of the Beacon Foundation model across schools in the Logan and North Brisbane regions, Tracey is excited to bring community, industry and education together to provide positive outcomes for young people.
