The Beacon team requires a dedicated, experienced and inspiring Southern Area Manager to join our dynamic team, working with our staff, businesses, schools and communities to assist more young Australians onto positive pathways.

The role will work closely with the Tasmanian State Manager primarily aiming to assist Beacon schools to develop strong relationships with local business connections with the view to increasing educational attainment & creating employment pathways for young people.

The ideal candidate will be a proven team player and have strong relationship management and networking skills, be highly organised, possess the ability to build strategic relationships and display first class communication skills.

Importantly, you will be motivated to help make a real difference to the lives of young people.
